  Our core competencies, quite simply, start with our technologies. With technologies serving as the basis, our core competencies can be roughly classified into two areas.

Continuous Innovation
Over the years, we have continuously introduced many innovative and market proven Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) products. Since 1996, numerous CTI products include auto attendant, voice mail, and recording system have been developed and sold. From 1998, we began to supply to the world highly popular VoIP phone adaptors IPStar and InterStar, not to mention the later launched VoIP gateways. In 2001, we combined our expertise and experiences in these two fields, and developed an IP- based Business Phone System.


Global Internet Telephony Network
Since the very beginning, a prime objective of DSG is to develop and sculpt an integrative, flexible yet cost-efficient Internet Telephony architecture known as InterPhoneWork. This architecture allows the transformation of the Internet into a virtual telephony switching system. Over the years, we have done just that. With VoIP gateways set up in virtually every continents of the world, and seamless incorporation of Call Routing Server, Billing Server, Path Searching Server, Tracking Transaction Server and ITSP Web Manager Site, DSG provides one of the most comprehensive Internet telephony service coverage in the world. The services include Phone-to-Phone, Device-to-Phone, Phone-to-Device, PC-to-Phone, PC-to-Device, and Internet Voice Mail.
